RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing additions to articles 7 and 8 of the Federal Act on State Registration of Rights to Real Property and Transactions " Adopted by the State Duma on 13 March 2002 Approved by the Federation Council on 29 March 2002 Article 1. Enact the Federal Act of 21 July 1997 No. 122-FZ on "State registration of real property rights and transactions" (Collection of the Russian Federation, 1997, 3594; 2001, N 16, sect. 1533) the following additions: Article 7, paragraph 3, should be supplemented with the following paragraph: " to the President of the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation, his deputy and auditors of the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation to provide of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. "; Article 8, paragraph 2, to be supplemented with a new paragraph by the ninth paragraph: " President of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, its Deputy and Auditors of the Court of Audit of the Russian Federation; ". Article 2. Propose to the President of the Russian Federation OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 3. This law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
