RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the creation of the Volodar district court Nizhny Novgorod Oblast adopted by the State Duma on April 5, 2002 23 April 2002 Article 1. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established Volodar district court of the Nizhny Novgorod region from the federal budget, within the limits of funds allocated for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
