In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. Create Zarechny district court of the Sverdlovsk region. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the Zarechny District Court of the Sverdlovsk Region extends to the territory of the town of Zarechny Sverdlovsk, within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months, shall take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as staffing the Zarechny District Court of the Sverdlovsk region. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established Zarechny District Court of the Sverdlovsk region from the federal budget, within the limits of funds allocated for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
