RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to the Federal law on general principles of organization of legislative (representative) and executive bodies of State power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation "adopted by the State Duma April 10, 2002 year approved by the Federation Council of the year April 24, 2002 Article 1. To amend the Federal law of October 6, 1999 N 184-FZ "on general principles of organization of legislative (representative) and executive bodies of State power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, N 42, art. 5005; 2000, no. 31, p. 3205) as follows: 1. The sub-item" e "paragraph 2 of article 5 shall be amended as follows:" (e)) approved budgets of the territorial State non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation and performance reports; ".
2. paragraph 1 of article 12 shall be amended as follows: "1. During their term of Office members of Parliament may not be a Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, judge, to replace other public office of the Russian Federation, the public office of the federal public service and other government positions in constituent entities of the Russian Federation or public offices of the State service of the Russian Federation, as well as elective municipal offices and municipal offices municipal service unless otherwise stipulated in the Federal law.
3. In article 19, paragraph 8, the words "article 29, paragraph 4" should be replaced by the words "paragraph 4 of article 29-1".
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
Article 3. The provision of paragraph 2 of article 1 of this federal law applies to the deputies of the legislative (representative) body of State power of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, elected after the entry into force of this federal law.
