RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on the Irbitskom District Court of Sverdlovsk region passed by the State Duma June 19, 2002 year approved by the Federation Council of the year June 26, 2002 Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional law "on the judicial system of the Russian Federation: 1. Abolish the Irbit, Sverdlovsk oblast, a District Court and municipal court in Irbit, Sverdlovsk region, creating a base for the District Court in Irbit, Sverdlovsk region, and pass questions of Justice, abolished administered in accordance with this federal law courts within the jurisdiction of the newly created District Court, Irbit, Sverdlovsk region.
2. to establish that the jurisdiction of the newly created District Court, Irbit, Sverdlovsk region extends over the territory of the eponymous district and the city of Irbita within the borders existing at the date of entry into force of this federal law.
3. The Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to implement the necessary organisational and staffing activities for the execution of this federal law and be subject to redistribution of material resources.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force six months after the date of its official publication.
