RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the Irbitskiy District Court of Sverdlovsk Oblast, adopted by the State Duma on June 19, 2002, approved by the Federation Council on 26 June 2002 Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. Abolishment of the Irbitsky District Court of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Irbitsk City Court of the Sverdlovsk region, establishing the Irbitskiy District Court of the Sverdlovsk region, and to transfer the issues of the administration of justice that are disestablished in under the jurisdiction of the newly established Irbitskiy District Court of the Sverdlovsk region. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the newly created Irbitsky District Court of the Sverdlovsk Region applies to the territory of the same name and the town of Irbit within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will carry out the necessary organizational and regular activities for the implementation of this Federal Law and to redistribute material resources.
