RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments to legislative acts of the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on June 28, 2002 Federation Council on 10 July 2002 Article 1. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 2954; 1998, N 22, sect. 2332; N 26, est. 3012; 1999, N 7, sect. 873; 2001, N 26, est. 2587; 2002, No. 19, sect. 1793) the following addition: add the following content to article 205-1: " Article 205-1. Involing in the commission of crimes of a terrorist nature or other assistance thereof 1. Involing a person in the commission of an offence under articles 205, 206, 208, 211, 277 and 360 of this Code, or inducing a person to participate in the activities of a terrorist organization, arming or training a person for the purpose of committing those acts. The financing of terrorism or terrorist organization- is punishable by four to eight years ' imprisonment. 2. The same acts committed repeatedly or through the use of their official position- are punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period of between 7 and 15 years, with or without confiscation of property. Note. A person who commits an offence as provided for in this article shall be exempt from criminal liability if it is voluntary and timely to the authorities or otherwise contributed to the prevention of the act of terrorism. or the suppression of a terrorist offence referred to in this article and if the act of that person does not contain a different offence. ". Article 2. Paragraph 2 of part two of article 151 Article 3. This law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
