At least 50% of deputies of the legislative (representative) state authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation (in a bicameral legislative (representative) legislative body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation-at least 50 % of the deputies of one of the chambers of the said body) shall be elected in a single electoral district in proportion to the number of votes cast for lists of candidates nominated by the electoral associations, the electoral blocs in compliance with electoral legislation. "; paras. 4-11 Be considered as paragraphs 5 to 12, respectively. Article 2. This Federal Act will enter into force in accordance with article 80, paragraph 5, of the Federal Act of 12 June 2002. This Federal Act does not apply to the election of deputies to the legislative (representative) body of the State power of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation appointed prior to the entry into force of this Federal Act.
