OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION RSFSR and Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, No. 28, art. 959; Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 2, Art. 67; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 16, art. 1864; 1998, N 13, sect. 1472; 1999, N 18, sect. 2214; 2001, N 21, sect. 2063; 2002, N 21, st. 1918) to supplement article 3-1 as follows: " Article 3-1. In the event of the death of one of the participants in the joint ownership of the dwelling, which is privatized by 31 May 2001, the share of the participants in the common ownership of the dwelling is determined, including the share of the deceased. The shares in the right of common ownership to this dwelling are recognized as equal. The rules of this article shall apply as long as there is no federal law for certain types of joint property. ".
