To amend the Federal Law of December 18, 2001 No. 177-FZ "On the Introduction of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation" (Assembly OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 4924; 2002, N 22, sect. 2028) as follows: 1. Article 8 should read as follows: " Article 8.
