amending amending the Federal Law "On Introduction to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation" Accepted By the State Duma on 11 December 2002 Approved by the Federation Council on 18 December 2002 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law of December 18, 2001 No. 177-FZ "On the Introduction of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation" (Assembly OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 4924; 2002, N 22, sect. 2028) as follows: 1. Article 8 should read as follows: " Article 8. Paragraph 2 of part two of article 30 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation is being introduced: 1) with effect from 1 July 2002-in Altai, Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai, in Ivanovo, Moscow, Rostov, Ryazan, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions; (2) since 1 January 2003 in the Republic of Adygea, Republic of Altai, Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Buryatia, Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, Republic Kalmykia, Republic of Komi, Republic of Mari El, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of North Alania, Republic of Tatarstan, Udmurt Republic, Republic of Khakassia, Chuvash Republic, Chuvashia Republic, Krasnoyarsk and Primorsky Krai, in Amur, Arkhangelsk, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimirskaya, Volgograd, Vologda, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kamchatka, Kemerovo, Kirov, Kursk, Kursk, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Magadan, Murmansk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Om, Orenburg, Penza, Pskov, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Smolensk, Tambov, Tverskaya Tula, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Chita and Yaroslavl oblivion, in the Jewish Autonomous Region, in the Aginsk Buryatsky, Komi-Permyak and Koryak Autonomous Districts; on 1 July 2003 in the Republic of Karelia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), The Republic of Tyva, the Khabarovsk Krai, the Kostroma, Novhorodske, Perm, Sakhalin and Tomsk oblasts, in the city of federal importance Moscow, Ust-Ordyn Buryatsky, Khanty-Mansiysk, Chukotsky and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Districts; 4) since 1 January 2004-in Karachaevo-Cherkess Republic, in the city The federal importance of St. Petersburg, Nenets, Taimyr (Dolgan-Nenets) and the Eweny Autonomous Districts; 5) as of 1 January 2007 in the Chechen Republic.
