To extend the validity of the Federal Law of 20 November 1999 N 201-FZ "On the consumer basket as a whole for the Russian Federation" (Parliament) OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, 1999, N 47, 5619; 2001, N 29, st. 2952) through 31 December 2003. Article 2. Recommended to the Government of the Russian Federation for a period until 1 June 2003, taking into account the opinion of the Russian Tripartite Commission on the regulation of social and labour relations, to submit for consideration by the State Duma of the Federal OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION non-food items and services that make up the consumption basket as a whole OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 3.
