RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments to the Federal Law "On non-State pension funds" Adopted by the State Duma on January 17, 2001 Approved by the Federation Council on 31 January 2001 Article 1. Act No. 75-FZ of 7 May 1998 on non-State pension funds (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, N 19, 100. 2071 add the following additions: 1. Article 7, after "compulsory licensing", should be supplemented with the words "by the competent authority". 2. Article 20 should be supplemented by a third part, reading: "The allocation of the insurance reserve shall be in the manner envisaged for the placement of pension reserves.". 3. Article 34 should be supplemented with a second reading: " In detecting violations by foundations of this Federal Law, the public authority: gives the funds mandatory for the enforcement of the regulations violations, and in case of non-compliance, suspends the licence; appeals to the court to protect the rights and interests of the participants, other interested persons and the state; appeals to the court for liquidation Funds that operate without a licence.
