RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 24 of the Federal Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Property and Transactions" Adopted by the State Duma on 15 February 2001 Approved by the Federation Council on 22 February 2001 Article 1. Amend article 24, paragraph 1, of the Federal Act of 21 July 1997, No. 122-FZ " On State registration of real property rights and Transactions with the Russian Federation " (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1997, N 30, Art. 3594), as follows: " 1. When selling the share in the right of common ownership to an extraneous person to the declaration of state registration, the documents confirming that the seller of the share have notified the rest of the shares of the ownership of the intention to sell its share of the price and other terms on which it is sold. The application for state registration may be accompanied by documents confirming the refusal of other participants to share ownership from the purchase of a share and issued in a public registration authority, or notaries -certified. In this case, the State registration of the right to share in the common property shall be carried out regardless of the period between the seller's notification of the share of the remaining shares in the ownership. In the event that no documents are attached to the state registration application, confirming the refusal of other participants to share ownership of the stake, the registrar is obliged to suspend state registration before the expiry of the registration deadline A month from the date of notice by the seller of the share of the remaining fractional ownership participants, if on the day of the application for state registration the deadline has not expired. Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force with the consent of the State party. " The day of its official publication. Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
