RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on changes and amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation law "on privatization of the housing stock in the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma April 11, 2001 year (as amended by the Federal law dated 29.12.2004 N 189-FZ), Article 1. Article 292 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1994, no. 32, item 3301) following change and additions: paragraph 1 complement the second paragraph to read as follows: "Capable family members of the owner living in the residential premises belonging to him, shall be jointly and severally with the owner liability for obligations arising out of the use of living accommodation;
paragraph 2, after the word "owner", add the words "unless otherwise provided by law";
item 4 shall be amended as follows: "4. alienation of residential premises where minors, incapable or limited capable members of the family of the owner, if the rights or legally protected interests of these persons is allowed with the consent of the Department of custody and guardianship.
Article 2. (Repealed-the Federal law dated 29.12.2004 N 189-FZ), Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
Article 4. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
