RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending article 5, paragraph 4, of the Code Russian Federation Merchating Marine Navigation , adopted by the State Duma on 25 April 2001 Article 1. Amend article 5, paragraph 4, of the Russian Federation Merchating Marine Code of 30 April 1999, No. 81-FZ (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1999, No. 18, art. 2207), with the following wording: " 4. Navigation-hydrographic security of the sea routes, except for the Northern Sea Route, is carried out by the federal executive authority in the field of defence. Navigation and hydrographic security on the routes of the Northern Sea Route is carried out by the federal executive authority in the field of transport. ". Article 2.
