RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On increasing the number of judges and employees of arbitration courts in Russian Federation Duma on 11 April 2001 approved by the Federation Council on 16 May 2001 Article 1. In order to create the necessary conditions for the administration of justice by arbitral tribunals in the Russian Federation, the exercise of the constitutional right of citizens to judicial protection: 1) to establish in 2001 the number of arbitrators Courts-3,158 units, of which judges of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation-90 units; employees of arbitration courts-4,559 units, including court assistants-1,000 units, of which the judges of the Higher Arbitration Court OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The number of judges of arbitration courts by 250 units, court assistants per 1,000 units, of which the judges of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation are 40. Article 2. Means of increasing the number of judges and employees of arbitral tribunals in the Russian Federation, in accordance with article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, to provide for federal law on federal 2002 budget.
