RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on the increase of the authorized number apparatuss judges and employees of the arbitration courts in the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma April 11, 2001 year approved by the Federation Council May 16, 2001 year, Article 1. In order to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of justice by arbitration courts in the Russian Federation, the exercise of the constitutional right of citizens to judicial protection: 1) set in 2001 year staff numbers of the judges of the tribunals-3158 units, of which the judges of the higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation-90 units; employees of apparatus of arbitral tribunals-4459 units, including the assistant judges of the arbitration courts-1000 units, among them assistant judges of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation-50 units;
2) increase in 2002 year established number of judges of the arbitration courts for 250 units, assistant judges of the arbitration courts at 1000 units, among them assistant judges of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation to 40 units.
Article 2. Means to increase the staffing of the judges and employees of the apparatus of the arbitration courts in the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 1 of the present Federal Act to make provision in the Federal law on the federal budget for the year 2002.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
