RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 355 of the Criminal Code Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on May 17, 2001 Approved by the Federation Council on 6 June 2001 Article 1. To amend Article 355 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Parliament of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 25, art. 2954), as follows: " Article 355. Development, production, stockpiling, acquisition or sale of weapons of mass destruction Development, production, stockpiling, acquisition or sale of chemical, biological, toxin, and other types of weapons of mass destruction of the Russian Federation banned by the Russian Federation- is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of 5 to 10 years.
