RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 110 of the Russian Federation "On State Pensions in the Russian Federation" Accepted The State Duma of the Russian Federation on June 6, 2001 approved by the Federation Council on 29 June 2001 (In the wording of the Federal Law dated 15.12.2001 N 168-FZArticle 1. Amend the first sentence of article 110 of the Russian Federation Law of 20 November 1990 N 340-I " On State Pensions in OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 157; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 7, art. 684; N 15, st. 1680; 1995, No. 19, sect. 1711; N 50, sect. 4871; 1997, N 3, sect. 363; N 5, sect. 611; N 12, st. 1376; 2001, N 1, sect. (19) with the following wording: "(a) Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and citizens awarded the Order of Glory to the Order of Glory,"-100 per cent of the pension, but not less than 200 per cent of the minimum wage Old-age pensions (part one of article 17 of the Act), Heroes of Socialist Labour-50 per cent of the pension, but not less than 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (art. 17 of the Act). ". Article 2. The financing of the expenses provided for in this Federal Act is made out of Sources that benefit from the payment of related pensions. Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 4.
