RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing add-on to Article 6 of Federal Law "On arms" Adopted by the State Duma on June 28, 2001 Article 1. Paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of 13 December 1996 N 150-FZ "On arms" (Assembly of Russian Federation Law, 1996, N 51, sect. 5681) after "biological factors;" to be supplemented with "weapons and other objects whose impact is based on the use of electromagnetic, light, thermal, infrasound or ultrasonic radiation," parameters exceeding the values set by the State standards of the Russian Federation and the corresponding regulations of the federal executive authority in the field of health, as well as of those weapons and objects produced outside THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION This law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
