(15) To supplement article 28-2 as follows: " Article 28-2. Warranties for police officers elected (designated) in the legislative (representative) or executive bodies of the state power or local self-government bodies Representatives of the members of the Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation elected by members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation The State authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, members of the representative bodies of local self-government and the heads of municipal entities shall suspend the service in the internal affairs bodies for the period of the exercise of these powers. or are dismissed from service in the internal affairs agencies by their own accord. Upon termination of the said powers, the police officers shall be granted the former position of their choice and, in the absence thereof, another equivalent position, either with their consent or at other duty station.
