RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing Article 5 of the Federal Law "On arms" adopted by the State Duma on July 13, 2001 Article 1. Part 1 of Article 5 of the Federal Law of 13 December 1996 N 150-FZ "On Arms" (Assembly of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 51, Art. 5681; 1998, N 30, sect. 3613; N 51, est. 6269; 2000, N 16, sect. 1640), after the words "Federal Service for Protection of the Russian Federation," to be supplemented by the words "Federal Service for Special Construction of the Russian Federation".
