Russian Federation On Amendments to the Federal Law "On State benefits to citizens who have children" Adopted by the State Duma 21 December 2001 Approved by the Federation Council on 26 December 2001 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law of 19 May 1995 No. 81-FZ "On State benefits to citizens with children" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation Federation, 1995, No. 21, sect. 1929; N 48, sect. 4566; 1996, N 49, sect. 5489; 1998, N 30, sect. 3613; 2000, N 33, st. 3348), as follows: 1. In Article 8, paragraph 3, replace the words "100 rubles" with the words "300 rubles". In article 10, replace the words "100 rubles" with the words "300 rubles". In the words of the Russian president, the words "1,500 rubles" are to be replaced with "4,500 rubles". In article 15, replace the words "200 rubles" with the words "500 roubles." Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Act. Article 3.
