Extension of that period to one year is carried out by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation or his Deputy, and 18 months of age against persons accused of committing the most serious crimes, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2002 year.
