RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW About subsurface areas of use can be granted under the section products (Vankor gas-oil deposit) Adopted by the State Duma on 1 December 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 22 December 1999 Article 1. To carry the Vankor gas oil field located in the Krasnoyarsk region to subsoil areas, the right of use can be granted under the terms of the production section. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. Negotiations can be conducted and agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral commodities under the terms of the product may be negotiated. Article 3.
