Russian Federation On adding to the Federal Law "On Budget of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for 1999" Accepted by the State Duma on 1 December 1999 approved by the Federation Council on 23 December 1999 Article 1. Federal Act No. 83-FZ of 30 April 1999 on the budget of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for 1999 (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1999, No. 18, art. 2209) to be supplemented by article 15-1 as follows: Article 15 -1. To establish that the proceeds of the Fund's budget received in excess of the amounts provided for in article 2 of this Federal Act, as well as funds received as a result of the reduction in the cost of the temporary disability benefit provided for in the article 6 of this Federal Law, the Fund has the right to allocate additional funding for the costs of sanatorium-resort service and rehabilitation of the participants of the Great Patriotic War, workers and members of their families, as well as the acquisition New Year's gifts for children. " Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
