RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1999" Adopted by the State Duma on 3 December 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 22 December 1999 Article 1. Federal Law of 22 February 1999 "On the Federal Budget for 1999" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, N 9, sect. 1093), the following changes: 1. In the 1999 federal budget expenditures for the direct recipient of the federal budget "Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation" (082): paragraphs 22 and 25 should read: "Building a Leasing Fund 082 08 01 342 214 625000.0 Trust Grants and Subsidy 10.82 08 01 342 290 50.0"; Paragraph "State support for the development of farming 082 08 01 343 200000.0". 2. In annex 13, "Distribution of the federal budget for 1999 under the heading" Agriculture and fisheries "of the functional classification of federal budget expenditures": , paragraph 6, amend to read: "Target grants and subsidies" 430000.0 "; , paragraph 16, amend to read: " Other grants 0.0 "; eighteenth paragraph to read as follows: " creation grants Federal Veterinary Fund 0.0 "; paragraphs Twentieth and twenty-first, should read: "State support for the development of 200000.0 for the formation of leasing fund 675000.0".
