RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing Article 5 of the Federal Law "On arms" Adopted by the State Duma on March 15, 2000 Article 1. Part 1 of Article 5 of the Federal Law of 13 December 1996 N 150-FZ "On Arms" (Assembly of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 51, Art. 5681; 1998, N 30, sect. 3613; N 51, est. 6269) after the words "Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation," to be supplemented by the words "Special object services under the President of the Russian Federation,". Article 2. The Russian Federation shall bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3. This law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
