Take the Shtokman gas and condensate field located in the Barents Sea on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation to objects the right of use can be granted under the terms of the production section. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. Negotiations can be conducted and agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral commodities under the terms of the product may be negotiated. Article 3.
