RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW Adopted by the State Duma on 26 April 2000 Approved by the Federation Council on 17 May 2000 Article 1. To carry the Tatev gold deposit located in the territory of Chita region, to the objects the right of use of which can be granted under the terms of the production section. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. Negotiations can be conducted and agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral commodities under the terms of the product may be negotiated. Article 3.
