RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending article 21 of the Russian Federation's Law "On the status of judges in the Russian Federation" Adopted by the State Duma on 31 May 2000 Approved by the Federation Council on 7 June 2000 Article 1. Article 21, paragraph 3, of the Russian Federation Law of 26 June 1992, No. 3132-I on the status of judges in the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, 1792; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 26, art. 2399), amend to read: " 3. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The judges of the federal arbitration courts of the districts and arbitration courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including those who resign, are signed by the President of the Russian Federation and issued by the President of the Russian Federation. or on his behalf by the chairmen of the arbitral tribunals concerned. The judges of the federal courts of general jurisdiction, including those who resign, are signed by the President of the Russian Federation and issued by the President of the Russian Federation or on his behalf by the presidents of the respective district (naval) military courts-judges of military courts, presidents of supreme courts of the republics, regional (oblast) courts, federal courts of federal importance, courts of the autonomous oblast, courts of autonomous regions-judges of the federal courts OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Judges of the constitutional (charter) courts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, justices of the peace, including those who resign, are signed and issued in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
