Russian Federation amending Article 16 of the Federal Act on State Benefits Citizens with Children " Accepted by the State Duma on 23 June 2000 approved by the Federation Council on 28 June 2000 Article 1. In the first article of article 16 of the Federal Law of 19 May 1995, No. 81-FZ "On State benefits to citizens with children" (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1995, No. 1929; 1998, No. 31, sect. 3812; 1999, N 29, Art. 3692) replace "200 per cent" with "100 per cent". Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication and shall be in effect until 1 January 2001.
