RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 51 of the law of the Russian Federation on State pensions in the Russian Federation "adopted by the State Duma on September 22, 2000 year approved by the Federation Council October 25, 2000 year Article 1. To amend article 51 of the law of the Russian Federation dated November 20, 1990 N 340-I "on State pensions in the Russian Federation (RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351), describing it as follows: "article 51. Students are entitled to a pension at the age of 18 years and older Students, pupils aged 18 years and older, but no longer than until they reach the age of 23 years, are entitled to survivor's pension until the end of full-time education in educational institutions of all types and species irrespective of their organizational-legal forms, except for educational institutions of further education.
Article 2. The costs referred to in article 1 hereof shall be made from the sources through which relevant payments of pensions.
Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2001 year.
