RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending article 7 of the Russian Federation Act " On pension provision for military service members the internal affairs, institutions and bodies of the penal correction system and their families " Adopted by the State Duma on 22 November 2000 Approved by the Federation Council on 24 November 2000 Article 1.
