RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the establishment of the District Court of the German National District Altai Krai adopted by the State Duma 6 December 2000 Approved by the Federation Council 20 Dec 2000 year Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. To establish a district court in the German National District of the Altai Territory. 2. To establish that the jurisdiction of the newly established district court extends to the territory of the German National District of the Altai Territory at the borders that are present at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months, shall take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as the staffing of the district court of the German National District of the Altai Territory. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established District Court of the German National District of the Altai Territory at the expense of the federal budget, within the limits of the funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
