In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional law "on the judicial system of the Russian Federation: 1. Create a German National District Court of the District of Altai Krai.
2. to establish that the jurisdiction of the newly created District Court shall extend to the territory of the German National District of Altai Krai within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this federal law.
3. The Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months to take action on the organizational and logistical support, as well as the personnel staffing the District Court of the German National District, Altai Krai.
4. The Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the activities of the newly established German National District Court of the District of the Altai territory at the expense of the federal budget within the limits of funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of paragraph 2 of article 1 of this federal law, which will enter into force three months after the date of entry into force of this federal law.
