RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the establishment of district courts in the Republic of Ingushetia adopted by the State Duma 6 December 2000 Approved by the Federation Council 20 Dec 2000 year Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. To establish in the Republic of Ingushetia the Jeyrach District Court and the Karakabag District Court. 2. It shall be established that the jurisdiction of the newly established Jayach District Court and the Karabuli District Court extends to the territories of those areas within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 3. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within a period of three months, shall take measures on organizational and logistical support, as well as staffing of the District Court of Jeyrach District Court and the Karabuli District Court. 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure the activities of the newly established Jayach District Court and the Karabaku District Court through the federal budget, within the limits of the funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, which shall be enacted after three months from the date of entry into force. of this Federal Law.
