Paragraph "(a)" of article 5, paragraph 2, after the words "to the participants of the Great Patriotic War", should be supplemented by the words "(subparagraphs (a)" to "(f)" and "and" of article 2, paragraph 1 (1) of the Federal Act on Veterans). 2.
