RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to Article 33 of the Federal Law on Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation Adopted by the State Duma on 4 December 1998 Article 1. Article 33 of the Federal Law "On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, N 48, sect. 4,563) the following changes and additions: Part One: " Public associations established and acting to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, ensuring their equal status with others Citizens with disabilities, in the form of social protection for persons with disabilities. The State shall provide assistance and assistance to these associations, including material, technical and financial. "; to supplement the new part of the second reading: " Public organizations of persons with disabilities Recognies the organizations created by persons with disabilities and persons representing their interests in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities, ensure their equal opportunities with other citizens, and address the challenges of the social integration of persons with disabilities, among members disabled persons and their legal representatives (one of the parents, adoptive parents, tutors or guardians) make up not less than 80 per cent, as well as unions (associations) of these organizations. "; parts two and three shall be considered as parts three and four, respectively. " Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3.
