RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending article 15 of the Federal Law "On joint-stock companies" Adopted by the State Duma on 3 March 1999 Year: approved by the Federation Council on 17 March 1999 Article 1. Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Federal Law "On joint-stock companies" (Assembly of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 1, Art. (1) to be supplemented with the following sentence: " Features of the reorganization of a society-the subject of a natural monopoly, of which more than 25 per cent of which is fixed in federal property-is determined by the federal law establishing the grounds and the reorganization of such a society. ". Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication. " To invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
