Article 28 of the Federal Law "On Banks and Banking" (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, sect. 357; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 6, art. 492), the following supplement: Add a new part of the third reading: " Credit organizations establish correspondent relations with foreign banks registered in the offshore zones of foreign states, in the manner determined by the Bank of Russia. "; parts three to five, respectively, to be considered as parts of the fourth to sixth. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
