Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1999" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, No. 9, Art. 1093) the following additions: Part 1 of Article 108, after the fourth paragraph, add a new paragraph to the fifth paragraph: " Social policy for the payment of pensions to military personnel, pensions and allowances The law enforcement agencies in the amount of 8,171.7 million people.
