RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to Article 3 of the Russian Federation's "Status of Judges in the Russian Federation" Accepted by the State Duma on 24 June 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 2 July 1999 Article 1. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the Russian Federation, 1992, 1792; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 26, art. 2399) the following modification and addition: second sentence of paragraph 3, delete; to add paragraph 4 to read: " 4.
