RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1999" Adopted by the State Duma on 25 June 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 2 July 1999 Article 1. Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1999" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1999, No. 9, Art. 1093) the following changes and additions: 1. Part 5 of Article 131 should be supplemented with the words "and financial leasing for agricultural machinery of 100 per cent of borrowings." 2.
