To amend the Federal Law "On introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Russian Federation" On Insurance" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation) Federation, 1998, N 1, sect. (4) The following change: Article 3 of the word "1 January 1999" shall be replaced by the words "1 January 2000". Article 2.
