RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW Adopted by the State Duma on 20 October 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 11 November 1999 Article 1. Take the subsoil area "Northern territories", which includes the Chulchuyusky, South Chulchuyuskoye, Yakuyyusk, Inzyrei deposits of hydrocarbon raw materials and a promising subsoil area of the northern part of the Colvina meagavala and the Khoreyeversk region, and located in the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Area, to objects whose right to use may be granted under the terms of the product. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. Negotiations can be conducted and agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral commodities under the terms of the product may be negotiated. In the interests of the economic security of the Russian Federation, negotiations and conclusion of agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of mineral raw materials under the conditions of a section of products in respect of the subsoil area specified in Article 1 of the present According to the joint decision of the Government of the Russian Federation and the executive branch of the Nenets autonomous area, no tenders and auctions are carried out by legal entities that are users of the mentioned law.
