Part 4 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of 12 August 1995, No. 144-FZ "On operational-investigative activities" (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1995, N 33, Art. 3349; 1999, N 2, Pack. (233) Replace the words "the Federal Security Service and the internal affairs agencies" with the words "the Federal Security Service, the internal affairs agencies and, within the limits of their powers, the federal authorities of the tax police". Article 2. To invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3.
