RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to Federal Law "Federal Budget for 1997" Adopted by the State Duma on 24 December 1997 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1997" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1997, No. 9, Art. 1012) the following changes and additions: 1. In article 22, paragraph 15: 1), paragraph 5 should read: "payment of services of enterprises of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation for the distribution of television and radio programmes 1,070 218.6"; 2) paragraph 7 In the following wording: "through the territory of the Russian Federation 961 500.0". 2. In annex 7, "Distribution of the federal budget for 1997 by central and regional mass media": 1), first paragraph should read: " Television and radio 2 707 820.1 979 500.0 "; (2) Paragraph eleventh, amend to read: " Total costs of FSTR 6 409.4 "; 3) paragraph 12, amend to read: " Regional State enterprises and 847 581.8 94 100.0 "; 4) to supplement Annex, after paragraph 19, new paragraph 20, to read: "TBGK" "15 090.6".
