Article 22 of the Russian Federal Law "On Fire Safety" (Assembly of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1994, N 35, Art. 3649; 1995, N 35, sect. 3503; 1996, N 17, sect. 1911) The following change: Part Four should be redrafted to read: "Fire protection units for fire fighting and participation in their elimination are unconditionally implemented."
