RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal law "on advertising" adopted by the State Duma February 11, 1998 the year approved by the Federation Council February 18, 1998 onwards (as amended by the federal laws from 27.12.2002 N 184-FZ;
from 21 N 323-FZ), Article 1. In connection with the adoption of the Federal law "on advertising" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 30, p. 2864) to make changes and additions in the following legislative acts of the Russian Federation: 1. Article 36 of the law of the Russian Federation "on mass media" (Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 7, art. 300) worded as follows: "s t a t b I 36. Dissemination of advertising the dissemination of advertisements in the media is being carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on advertising. "
2. (repealed-the Federal law from 27.12.2002 N 184-FZ) 3. (Repealed-Federal Act of 21 N 323-FZ), Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
