OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, 351; 1991, N 17, sect. Representatives of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 531) the following modification and addition: in Part Two, delete the following sentence: "At the same time, the size limit of the district coefficient, which determines the maximum employment pension, is 1.5."; In addition, the following sentence should be added to the following sentence: " At the same time limit the size of the district coefficient, which determines the maximum size of the above-mentioned persons from the districts of the Far North and related areas. The pension shall be 1.5. " Article 2. Citizens who are entitled to pensions prior to the entry into force of this Federal Act and are calculated in accordance with article 112, paragraph 2, of the Russian Federation Law " About State Pensions in the Russian Federation" with a regional coefficient of 1.5, the size of pensions is determined on the basis of the change, of this Federal Act. Article 3. The financing of the expenses provided for in this Federal Act shall be made from the sources to which the pensions are paid. Article 4.
