RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal law "on internal forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma March 20, 1998 the year approved by the Federation Council of the year April 1, 1998 (as amended by the federal laws on 28.06.2009 N 126-FZ;
from 05.04.2013 N 37-FZ), Article 1. In connection with the adoption of the Federal law "on internal forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1997, N 6, art. 711) to make changes and additions in the following legislative acts of the Russian Federation: 1. In article 12 of the law of the Russian Federation "on the institutions and bodies responsible for enforcing criminal penalties of deprivation of liberty" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, no. 33, item 1316): the first part read: "protection of criminally-Executive system, intended for the detention and convicted , and other objects of criminally-Executive system is carried out by special units of the penal system, created for these purposes at institutions responsible for enforcing punishment. ";
in the second part: the words "internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation," should be deleted;
complement the part with the following sentence: "the Conveyance of convicts and detainees, planned routes established by the relevant listing, as well as escorting defendants to the proceedings of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.";

2. (repealed-federal law on 28.06.2009 N 126-FZ), Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
