In the text of the article the word "worker" in appropriate cases "should be replaced with the word" worker "in appropriate cases, the word" enterprise, institution, organization, in appropriate cases, replace the words "employer (individual or legal entity)" in appropriate cases.
2. Supplement article part 2 to read as follows: "in cases envisaged by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the contract may contain conditions for the non-disclosure of employee information, which is proprietary or a trade secret, known to the employee in connection with the performance of his duties."
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
